By subscribing to, or using 3Guys Broadband Internet services, you are subject to the following Terms & Conditions:
1. Things You Should Know 1.1 Customer Support is available via telephone, Monday to Friday from 9am to 5pm (excluding public holidays) and On-Line Support is provided 24hrs a day via E-mail, to assist you with any services we provide. 1.2 "3Guys Broadband ", "3Guys Broadband Internet", "our", "us" or "we", refers to 3Guys Broadband Internet and "system" refers to any device, computer, network or telephone circuit used by us to supply your service/s and "you" or "your" refers to you our customer. 1.3 We may keep records about you and your use of our services, while respecting your privacy at all times. 1.4 You indemnify us for any loss, damage or injury (including without limitation any loss of profit, indirect, consequential or incidental loss, damage or injury) arising from your use of our services. 1.5 You indemnify us for any inability to provide services which are beyond our control, as we cannot guarantee that any service will be available at any given time or that any files, information or services will be error free or fault free. 1.6 If we don't enforce all parts of this agreement, you should not interpret this, as a variation of this agreement. 1.7 You are responsible for paying us, for all services used under your account and name. 1.8 If you make a complaint about our service/s, it will be carefully investigated and resolved within 2 business days. 1.9 You are responsible for making sure you comply with our Terms & Conditions of service. 1.10 For your own security you must not disclose any username or passwords we provide to you. 1.11 You are not allowed to resell this service or assign or transfer this agreement to another person or corporation. 1.12 You are responsible for providing any equipment necessary for you to connect and access our service/s, however, there are options available for you to purchase equipment from 3Guys Broadband Internet. 1.13 You may not place, store or relay software or information on our system which is unlawful or is disruptive to our system, this includes, but is not limited to P2P applications and BitTorrents. 1.14 You are responsible for any data, files, content or directories you place on our Web Hosting servers and you must make sure that it does not infringe any copyright, trademark, patent or proprietary rights of others, and is not libelous, illegal, harmful, defamatory, harassing, abusive, or threaten anyone. 1.15 We perform regular backups, however it is your responsibility to perform and maintain backups of your own files and data. 1.16 The CUSTOMER APPLICATION FORM & PAYMENT AUTHORITY forms part of these Terms & Conditions of service. 1.17 If you do not accept our Terms & Conditions of service, you should not use our services. 1.18 All ADSL Plans are provided with a Static IP address.
2. About our Plans & Pricing 2.1 Your services are provided on a monthly basis (month to month). 2.2 You will be charged monthly access charges, and relevant service charges as per the published rates on the 3Guys Broadband Internet Web Site on the 28th of each month. 2.3 We will provide you with at least 30 days notice of any changes that may affect your service. 2.4 Promotional plans, may be subject to special conditions as per the 3Guys Broadband Internet Web Site. 2.5 Plan changes can be made by completing a new customer application form, or by contacting us via e-mail or phone. 2.6 A Minimum connection period of 12 months is required.  Early termination is possible, but will incur a $99 termination fee.
3. Our Payment and Service Terms 3.1 Payment method is via a valid Credit Card or Direct Deposit with strict payment terms, designed to minimize bad debts. 3.2 Your Credit Card will be debited between the 28th of the current month  and the 5th day of proceeding month. 3.3 Your Direct Deposit payment must be received no later than the 5th of each month. 3.4 Your first payment is due upon notification your service application is complete. ie: Your application is received, and your service is connected on the 15th of June, you will be invoiced prorata for the remainder of the month, approx 50% of your monthly access. Then, on the 28th of June you will then be invoiced for the following month, and your billing cycle will commence and you will be billed periodically on the 28th of every month. 3.5 Special payment options can be made if required ie: If there is hardware required for the installation.
